Komerční banka, a. s., with its registered office at Prague 1, Na Příkopě 33, building identification No. 969, postal code 114 07, company ID No. 45317054, entered in the register of companies kept by the Metropolitan Court of Prague, in section B, file No. 1360, announces that, in accordance with the Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board has co-opted Ms. Delphine Garcin Meunier as a substitute member of the Supervisory Board with effect from 1 February 2024 until the Annual General Meeting and, at the same time, elected her as Chair of the Supervisory Board.
