Of the Bank's total share capital, i.e. CZK 19,004,926,000 (190,049,260 shares with a nominal value of CZK 100 each), Société Générale S.A. holds 60.35 %.

As of 30 September 2026, KB had 95,086 shareholders, of which 88,843 were private individuals from the Czech Republic.
