Of the Bank's total share capital, i.e. CZK 19,004,926,000 (190,049,260 shares with a nominal value of CZK 100 each), Société Générale S.A. holds 60.35 %.

As of 31 December 2025, KB had 85,981 shareholders, of which 79,893 were private individuals from the Czech Republic.
