Upgraded application MojeBanka

We listen to our clients which is why in the first half of 2018, we’ll present an improved MojeBanka app that will be even simpler, clearer and more modern.

A big simplification right from the start will involve the home screen of the app. The new product cards will be sorted beneath each other, so you will see many more of your products after logging in without the need for scrolling on the current product strip. At the same time, we’ve emphasized important information and buttons so that you can easily and quickly find your way around your current state of finances.

Additionally, we’re bringing out a completely new overview of payments on the bank account. Not only will you see your history on one screen but you will also see a 30-day outlook of payments (such as standing orders), blocked funds and outstanding payments. You will no longer miss any important information. The payment overview will be replacing multiple older overviews and it shows the data in a more clearer form. First, you will see the important information from each transaction such as its date and sum. It will be possible to view the details of each item such as the variable symbol and additional information.

We will present a detailed overview of all the changes to our clients well in advance via email and on the Komerční banka website.

File complaints relating to payment card transactions online using your internet banking

In order to file complaints relating to payment card transactions, you can now use your MojeBanka internet banking. Simply find the given payment in your transaction history, click details and then click the Complaint button – you will be guided through the entire process, including uploads of any necessary annexes, such as receipts. You can then choose to be informed about the complaint process outcome via mail or email.

We have introduced expanded 140-character payment description fields

Based on your suggestions, we have modified the Payment Order / Direct Debit forms.

We have renamed the “Message for payer” field to “My description” and expanded it from 30 to 140 characters. Any description entered here is for your payment identification only and is not disclosed to a payee. This information will be displayed only to you and yours authorised persons on the List of payments (it will not be displayed on your account statement).

We have also renamed the “Description for payee” field to “Message for payee” and expanded it from 30 to 140 characters. The text entered here will be displayed to you and disclosed to a payee.

You can now also enjoy benefits of smart direct debits in Mobilní banka

We introduced smart direct debits for MojeBanka back in autumn 2017 already. We promised that these features would be available for Mobilní banka in spring. And we have delivered on our promise. You can thus now enjoy the benefits of smart direct debits in your mobile phone.

You can set up PUSH notifications in Mobilní banka about any outstanding direct debits – any important information will thus be immediately shown on the display of your mobile phone. Similarly as in MojeBanka, we will pre-complete a direct debit mandate for Mobilní banka, provided you have not created it yourself, and prepare a mandate – in case you need to change your direct debit limit, for example. You will then have 5 business days to create or update your direct debit mandate – simply review and authorise them. It is simple as that!

If you wish to control specific amounts of each direct debit, you can opt to authorise each direct debit individually. However, you should consider the fact that such direct debits would take place each month.

You can newly reject direct debits in MojeBanka and Mobilní banka – if you do not wish to execute specific direct debits in a given month.
