Notice of the Komercni banka, a.s. stock split

Komerční banka, a.s., with its registered office at Prague 1, Na Příkopě 33/969, postal code 114 07, registration No. 45317054, entered in the register of companies maintained with the Metropolitan Court of Prague, section B, file No.1360 announces that the split of the shares of Komerční banka, a.s., took effect on 25 April 2016 by its entry in the register of companies. The share split was decided by the general meeting held on 22 April 2016. Komerční banka, a.s., has issued an order to the Central Securities Depository to change the entry of the share nominal value from CZK 500 to CZK 100 per share. This order will be executed as of 11 May 2016 which means that the shares of Komerční banka, a.s., will have a nominal value of CZK 100 per share from 12 May 2016.
