Please note: At the moment, only accounts in CZK can be linked. Linking accounts in other currencies is under preparation.
After logging in to the MojeBanka internet banking, choose "Account" from the menu and then "Link an account from another bank" from the 1st column.
You will see a multibanking menu. Choose Raiffeisenbank, a.s. from the list of banks and click on "Continue". You will be redirected to the Raiffeisenbank internet banking.
You will be redirected to the Raiffeisenbank internet banking within a few seconds.
The login window for Raiffeisenbank internet banking is now displayed. Log in as usual.
It is necessary to enter the SMS code and I-PIN as a part of the standard login. The same applies to the Multibanking service.
After logging in, a dialog box will appear. You need to give permission to link your accounts to KB. Click "YES" to confirm access.
You will see two screens regarding the successful granting of access. The first informs you of the success of the operation - access to the accounts has been granted. The second takes you back to the MojeBanka internet banking within a few seconds. This process happens automatically and there is no need to confirm anything.
Your Raiffeisenbank, a.s. accounts are successfully linked and you can view them on the home screen after logging into the MojeBanka internet banking. A newly linked account is always indicated by a green bar with the information "New account on report".
