USEFUL INFORMATION

  • Loan for any non-business purpose or consolidation of loans
  • Receive up to 70% of the real estate open market value
  • Loan amount between CZK 200,000 and 10,000,000
  • Utilise loan funds for up to 24 months
  • Loan tenor of up to 20 years
  • Instalments on any day that suits you (e.g. right after your payday)
  • Money is transferred directly to your current account (or accounts of consolidated debts, as appropriate)
  • Repayment solely from your KB current account

This loan is intended for Czech citizens, foreign nationals with a permanent residence permit, and EU citizens with a temporary/permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic.  

Present the following:

  • 2 identity documents, e.g. your identity card and passport
  • Proof of income or the last tax return, including a tax payment confirmation

One-off fees for: arranging a loan of CZK 0, real estate valuation of CZK 0, proposal for entry in the land register of CZK 1,000, proposal for deletion from the land register of CZK 1,000. Monthly fees for: loan management CZK 0, current account MyAccount CZK 0, el. statements 0 CZK, risk life insurance 300 CZK.
