It is not just about an app change, as the process involves various changes throughout Komerční banka. This includes a new product portfolio, easier management and use of your banking, new technologies, paperless communication, and much more.

It is quite simple. You can transition to the new banking platform from anywhere – during your lunchbreak or in the evening at home. Once you receive an invitation, you can transition right away.

You can also ask your relationship manager to assist you with the transition – either in person at a branch or over the phone.

Yes. All our clients will be gradually migrated to the new, technologically advanced environment, as we wish to offer more advanced digital banking to you for your everyday needs.

Once you receive an invitation, you can transition right away. It will only take 10 minutes. You should not wait too long to transition. You can still access your existing products, services, and applications prior to your transition to the new KB banking platform.

The transition is important and necessary for all clients. Before your transition, all your products and applications will work the way you are used to. After the transition, you can look forward to modern services – redesigned and much easier to use.

The transition to the new banking platform is not just about a new app. It concerns your products that will be replaced with new and improved ones. And these products require new contractual documents to be signed.

If you download and activate the new KB+ app during the transition process, you can sign in to the app in the manner you selected. 

Nothing changes if you use browser-based Internet banking – you will enter your user name and confirm it the way you are used to.

It usually takes 24 hours on our part. However, it is a technical matter that may take a bit longer.

The basics will remain the same. Your account number, payment card number, card PIN, and any existing standing orders will not be affected in any way.

You can also handle everything at a branch. Your relationship manager will go over the entire transition process with you step by step. 

However, there is no need to fear the online transition. There will be an online guide to assist you and it will only take about 10 minutes.

We recommend waiting for an invitation. The migration process takes place gradually – first, we will migrate clients who only use basic products and services, such as current accounts and payment cards. 

If you wish to try out the KB+ app before everything is ready for you, not all products that you currently use may be available.

We wish to provide you with more advanced digital banking services for your everyday needs. Therefore, we have decided to completely upgrade our banking platform in order to make everything easier and more transparent for you. 

You can expect new products, applications, online banking, features, and much more.

Yes, for now. However, you will need to transition to KB+ in the future to comply with the applicable contractual terms and conditions.

Following the transition, your products will be migrated to new and better ones that will be better suited to your needs. Product settings may vary slightly; however, the basics – e.g. your account number, payment card number or standing orders – will remain the same.

Individual fees during the new era of banking will be slightly different. There may be some differences; however, they should be minimal. You may actually end up paying less. 

We will migrate your products and services to the new banking platform to correspond with your existing situation as much as possible.

New products and services, KB+ online banking platform with the same look and features on your mobile phone and computer, easier to use banking, paperless communication, KB Klíč integrated directly in the app, and much more.

KB Klíč will newly be integrated directly in KB+. Consequently, you will only need one app for everything. 

Until you transition to the new banking platform and start using KB+, all your applications (MojeBanka, Mobilní banka, KB Klíč) will continue to work the way they do now.

Once you are successfully migrated to the new banking platform, you will not need the existing MojeBanka / Mobilní banka applications any more. You will be able to access everything in the new KB+ online banking platform – in your mobile phone and your computer.

Moreover, you will not even need the KB Klíč app, as it will newly be integrated directly in KB+ in your mobile phone.
