How can I use airport lounges

DragonPass membership

• More than 1,300 lounges worldwide
• Four complimentary visits each year (for example, cardholders may visit a lounge four times on their own or they may visit a lounge twice with one companion = four visits are thus used on two occasions; the number of companions that may visit a lounge together with a cardholder is determined by each lounge)
• After the four complimentary visits are used up, each additional lounge pass is subject to a fee (EUR 28) and may be purchased in the DragonPass mobile app

Lounge access identification: QR code to be generated by clients using their DragonPass mobile app. In order to visit a lounge with a companion, you only need one QR code – it will be scanned multiple times by the lounge staff, depending on the number of visitors.

As of July 1, 2026, Mastercard has ended its partnership with airport lounges at Terminal 2 in Prague and at Terminals 1 and 3 in Vienna. As a result, discounted access for customers with select Mastercard cards has ended as of this date. Please use DragonPass to gain access.

  Visa Premium or Corporate cardholders – 720 CZK
  Guests accompanying a Visa cardholder (up to 4 people) – 720 CZK
  Children under 3 years old: free
• Individual security screening within the lounge

Lounge access identification: Visa Infinite card (must presented physically, a digital card will not suffice)
