Before you can get this extra service, you need to have any of our new plans with an account and a payment card (there is also a free plan available). If you do not have one yet, you can easily get it online in the KB+ app.

Payment card insurance is useful if you lose your card or it is stolen.

This insurance covers all your cards
It also covers payments made using a stolen mobile phone or smartwatch on which your cards are stored

It does not matter how many payment cards you have in your wallet. The extra service Safety will help you if any of them are lost or stolen anywhere in the world.

Fee for issuing a new payment card from KB after it is permanently blocked

Safety+ covers damages caused by phishing attacks, where attackers elicit your access credentials and payment details for your banking and where you incur damages as a result of payments made by such attackers without authorisation.

The insurance covers the reimbursement of stolen cash that you have withdrawn from an ATM in the last 48 hours (theft, robbery), as well as the fee for the delivery of replacement cash worldwide.

Damages are cumulative
Limits apply to an insurance year (365 days from the commencement date) and are renewed on the anniversary of the policy.
You sign up for the extra service for an indefinite period of time.
The minimum period of insurance is 12 months.
The fee for the extra service is monthly and is paid from your KB account.
To sign up for the extra service, you must have one of our new plans with an account and a payment card (there is also a free plan available) that you can easily get in the KB+ app.
