A plan is a smart package of products and services for everyday banking. You can choose the plan that best suits your current needs – and you can change it at any time.

You can choose the plan that is right for you. There are 4 options to choose from, ranging from the basic Start plan, which is free, to the fully featured Exclusive plan.

With this plan, your banking is:

And most importantly, it is tailored to suit you, not the other way around. 

You can only open a bank account or get a debit card with us as part of a plan. However, some products and services are also available without a plan, such as one-time travel insurance.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time in line with your current needs. 

It is simple – take a look at which services you use most often and choose the plan that best matches them. Naturally, we will be happy to help you make your choice. 

It depends on the specific plan. For children and younger clients, we offer the Start and Standard plans, which are available to clients aged 6 and up. The Komfort and Exclusive plans are available to clients aged 18 and up.

The account is held in the child’s name - meaning the child is the owner of both the account and any deposited funds. However, the account may only be opened and managed with the consent of a legal guardian. 

Minors can sign up for a plan (Start or Standard) through a parent or legal guardian, who will assist with selecting and setting up the services. Restrictions are listed in the Terms and Conditions.
 In addition, minors aged 15 and up can sign up for the Start or Standard plan on their own, without their parents or legal guardians. 

Minors can sign up for the Start or Standard plan without a legal guardian once they reach the age of 15. At that point, they can set everything up on their own - according to their own needs.
