You will receive an invitation
We will let you know that your new banking platform is ready. The actual migration date depends on the KB services that you use. We will first migrate individual clients, who only use basic services, such as current accounts and payment cards.

Once you receive an invitation, you can transition
There will be an online guide to assist you with the transition process. You will only need your mobile phone. You can also visit a branch and ask your relationship manager for assistance.

Everything will remain the same until you transition
You can still use all your existing services and applications the way you are used to, including internet and mobile banking, before you receive an invitation to transition.
