We will let you know that your new banking platform is ready. The actual migration date depends on the KB services that you use. First, we will migrate individual clients that only use basic services, such as current accounts and payment cards.
When you receive an invitation, you can transition
There will be an online guide to assist you with your transition. You will only need your mobile phone with KB Klíč. You can also visit a branch and ask your relationship manager for assistance.
Before you transition, everything will remain the same
Before you receive an invitation to transition, you can use all your existing services and applications the way you are used to, including internet and mobile banking.
