New login methods

Take a look at the news in subscribing to KB Internet Banking.

New login page

  • This page is used to sign into MojeBanka, MojeBanka Business, and the MůjProfil portal.
  • Login process will be very easy for you thanks to simplified design of the page.
What are the login page features?

Just like now, your existing certificate (in a file) will be automatically uploaded to the login page; alternatively, you need to insert your smartcard. Once your certificate has uploaded, click the Continue button and enter your existing password.

The page supports saving of the certificate / user name on a computer you trust. In order to save this information, check the Remember me box.

Moreover, the new login page also supports multiple users. For example, in case you share your computer with your family, use the drop-down menu to select your login information. Click the “X” symbol to delete any user from the menu.

The user name field may be edited at your discretion. Simply click the field, delete any existing text and enter your user name selected for new login methods.

In order to access MojeBanka and MojeBanka Business, you can also try new login methods that do not require a certificate.

MůjProfil portal

  • You can update your login methods for KB applications using the portal.
  • To sign into the portal, use your certificate or any of the new login methods.

 

TIP: The MůjProfil portal will also be available from MojeBanka (from the Settings menu) and MojeBanka Business (from the Main menu).

  • Certificate renewal (MůjProfil replaces the certification wizard previously used to renew certificates).

KB Klíč

  •  Sign in using a secure app in your smartphone. No need for a certificate, simply use your smartphone.
  • Use it to sign into MojeBanka, MojeBanka Business, and the MůjProfil portal.

TIP 1: In case you do not have a smartphone or also use other KB applications, such as eTrading, Profibanka, etc., see the Other login methods tab.

TIP 2: In case you use MojeBanka and MojeBanka Business for business purposes, make sure that the new login method you select has been authorised by your company.

Useful information

KB Klíč is a mobile app that may be installed in your mobile phone featuring Android 4.1 or higher and iOS 9 or higher.

There is no need to download a certificate in your computer. Simply select your user name (e.g. email or another user name) to be used when signing in. You will then receive a notification in your phone that will take you to the KB Klíč app. In the app, you either enter a password or confirm it using fingerprint or face recognition feature.

In addition to signing in, you can also use the KB Klíč app to authorise payment orders, make changes and sign various documents in MojeBanka and MojeBanka Business.

TIP: You can also save your user name on a computer you trust – simply check the Remember me box.

  • Your telephone does not have to have internet connection.
  • Select your own user name.
  • Sign in using any device – without the need to install a certificate.
  • The app supports fingerprint / face recognition authentication.
  • You can unlock your account (when PIN is entered incorrectly several times) using a KB ATM – no need to visit a branch.

Once you activate the new login method, your file-based certificate will not be automatically invalidated. It will remain in full force until its expiration date. In case you do not wish to keep it as a backup login option, you can block it via the MůjProfil portal.

Note!
 

In case you also use other applications that require a file-based certificate (such as eTrading), keep your certificate and do not block it. The KB Klíč login is not available for other applications (other than MojeBanka and MojeBanka Business) for the time being. We are currently working on its implementation and will inform you in due time.

Smartcard-based certificates and company certificates in a file to download accounting data will still be available and you can continue using them the way you are used to.

TIP: All login methods can be active within the MůjProfil portal – it is solely up to you, which method you use.

Security Password + SMS – Signing into MojeBanka and MojeBanka Business

Security Password + SMS

  • New login method, without a certificate.
  • For anyone who does not like or cannot use KB Klíč (e.g. older basic phones with keyboards).

TIP: Do you use MojeBanka and MojeBanka Business for business purposes? Make sure that the new login method you select has been authorised by your company.

Useful information

This is a traditional and reliable login method, namely suitable for older basic phones with keyboards. Sign in with your user name, password, and an SMS code sent to your phone.

This login method may be used for internet banking MojeBanka, MojeBanka Business, and the MůjProfil portal. Other applications will follow.

In case you also use other application that utilize a certificate in a file (such as eTrading), keep your certificate and do not block it. The Security Password + SMS login is not available for other applications (other than MojeBanka and MojeBanka Business) for the time being.

We are currently working on implementing this login method for other applications as well and will inform you in due time. Smartcard-based certificates and company certificates in a file to download accounting data will still be available and you can continue using them the way you are used to.

TIP: All login methods can be active within the MůjProfil portal – it is solely up to you, which method you use.

NOTE

With regard to existing login methods, we will continue to support personal smartcard-based certificates and company certificates in a file for accounting data downloads.

We will no longer issue any new personal certificates in a file and it will not be possible to renew these certificates as from 1 March 2019. In case your certificate is still valid, you can set up your new preferred login method.

Useful information

Once you activate the new login method, your personal certificate will not be automatically invalidated. It will remain in full force until its expiration date. In case you do not wish to keep it as a backup login option, you can block at https://mujprofil.kb.cz.

You also start using a smartcard, if you do not wish to switch to one of the new login methods (KB Klíč or Security Password).
You need a smartcard reader to use smartcards.
If you wish to start using a smartcard-based certificate, please contact your relationship manager.
