Sign-in to your internet banking in a simple and secure manner

HOW TO ACTIVATE KB KLÍČ

Video tutorial – KB Klíč activation.

  1. Install the KB Klíč in your mobile phone – either from Google Play or App Store. Start the app and click ACTIVATE THE APP.
  2. Enter your identification number from a Contract and submit your activation SMS code.
  3. Click CONTINUE.
  4. Select a user name, at your discretion.
  5. Select a PIN code. Your PIN code must be at least 6 digits long. Click CONTINUE.
  6. You can use fingerprint/facial scan authentication – provided it is supported by your mobile phone.
  7. ALL DONE!

A) YOU HAVE THE KB KLÍČ APP IN ANOTHER MOBILE PHONE

  1. In your old phone, start the KB Klíč app and tap Settings in the upper right corner
  2. Select Replace device
  3. Proceed according to onscreen instructions

B) YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR KB KLÍČ APP / YOUR KB KLÍČ APP IS NO LONGER ACTIVE​

There are several options available:​

a) Find a Komerční banka ATM. Follow the video tutorial to activate the KB Klíč app

b) Visit any Komerční banka branch – a relationship manager will help you get a new activation code

A) YOU HAVE THE KB KLÍČ APP IN ANOTHER MOBILE PHONE

  1. In your old phone, start the KB Klíč app and tap Settings in the upper right corner
  2. Select Replace device
  3. Proceed according to onscreen instructions

B) YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR KB KLÍČ APP / YOUR KB KLÍČ APP IS NO LONGER ACTIVE​

b) Visit any Komerční banka branch – a relationship manager will help you get a new activation code

WORKING WITH KB KLÍČ

In order to sign in to and verify transactions in the MojeBanka / MojeBanka Business internet banking using the KB Klíč app, proceed as follows

Enter your user name using your computer
On the sign-in page, enter your user name selected during the KB Klíč app activation process

Confirmation in the KB Klíč app
A notification will be displayed on your smartphone – simply click it and confirm it using your PIN or fingerprint/facial scan

Continue working on your computer
You are now signed in to your internet banking.*
 

*The bank does not retain your fingerprint/facial scan.

You can also use the KB Klíč app without any Internet connection

You can get an activation SMS to set your new PIN via a KB ATM or at a KB branch. 

TIP! You will need your own physical payment card to get an SMS from an ATM.

You can get a new activation code at any KB ATM or branch. In case you have not activated the relevant method yet, contact our customer service.
