• The Acquisition and Leveraged Finance team finances acquisitions for all type of investors, from financial to strategic buyers, across all industries, and for various situations including disposal and acquisition of companies, ownership consolidation, LBOs and MBOs.
• Financings can be set up based on the cash flows of the target through ring-fenced structures but also with recourse on the buyer.
