Ponte II programme

• Loan intended for sole traders and companies, aimed at financing projects with EU or other grants
• Select one of the two available funding models:
  - Loan for pre-financing of projects supported by EU or other grants
  - Loan for co-financing of projects supported by EU or other grants
• Standard security instruments accepted as loan collateral, depending on the loan specifics and project type
• Loan may be drawn down at once or in tranches and may be used for direct payments to an account of a contractor/seller based on submitted documents – in justified cases, we will transfer money to your current account
• Same set of documents may be submitted to KB and government institutions – due to their related activities (in scope and in time)
• In order to optimise your PONTE II loan parameters, we advise you to inform us about the parameters of your intended grant application
• In case you already have a project or have started working on your grant application, your loan terms can be set up more easily
• Single loan agreement will cover both the grant pre-financing and project co-financing loan
• We can set up a separate bank account for tracking project expenditure and revenue (where required under the grant terms and conditions); following the project completion, the given account can be easily closed or used for another project

Loan for pre-financing of projects with EU or other grants

• Medium or short-term loan aimed at resolving the time difference between the moment it is necessary to pay project cost and the receipt of EU or other grants
• Loan types include, but are not limited to:
  - Investment loan
  - Loan for operations and investments
  - Revolving loan for operations and investments
  - Loan for current assets
  - Revolving loan for current assets
• Loan available in Czech crowns or in foreign currencies (as necessary) – most commonly in EUR
• Variable interest rate charged on the loan
• Monthly or quarterly interest payments are possible, as specified in your loan agreement
• Principal is mostly repaid from grants received from EU funds, other grants or your own funds

Standard loan for project co-financing

• Long or medium-term loan for funding project cost not covered from EU or other grants
• Loan types include:
  - Investment loan
  - Loan for current assets
  - Loan for operations and investments
• Loan available in Czech crowns or foreign currencies
• Choose either fixed or variable interest rate
• Monthly or quarterly interest payments are possible, as specified in your loan agreement

Principal is repaid based on a payment schedule agreed between you and KB
