Energy savings in housing
Reducing energy consumption by improving the thermal properties of buildings, equipment for heating or hot water preparation, switching to gentle, ecological sources for the production of electricity and heat in apartment buildings
Eligible expenses 0.3 - 90 million CZK, amount of support 30 - 40% depending on the type of activity and achievement of the savings rate
Buildings with four or more apartments
Achieving a cost-optimal level of the building's energy efficiency in accordance with the requirement of the valid Decree on the Energy Efficiency of Buildings (Decree No. 78/2013 Coll., on the Energy Efficiency of Buildings)
The purchase, reconstruction or construction of buildings, facilities and equipment and building modifications will be supported, which will create conditions for quality provision of social services, renewal and improvement of the material and technical base of existing social work services with target groups.
Eligible expenses 0.5 - 60 million CZK, amount of support 85 - 95% depending on the type of applicant.
It is not possible to support social services intended only for the target group of seniors - people over 65 years of age without one of the recognized levels of dependency according to the Act on Social Services.
Acquisition of apartments, apartment buildings, non-residential premises and their adaptation for the needs of social housing and acquisition of the necessary basic equipment.
Eligible expenses 0.5 - 14.2 or 15 or 40 million CZK, amount of support 90 - 95% depending on the type of applicant and the chosen support regime.
A social apartment with basic equipment is intended for people who, due to adverse life circumstances, do not have access to housing, and who are able to fulfill the obligations arising from the rental relationship.
The maximum possible number of social apartments in one building is 12 apartments.
The total eligible expenses for the main activities of the project, calculated per one m2 of the floor area of the social apartment, may not exceed the amount of CZK 29,028.
Social housing must be located in a locality that does not lead to segregation of the target group.
The recipient is obliged to enter into a lease agreement for the apartment only with a person from the target group, where at least 50% of the members using the household must be of economically productive age, i.e. between the ages of 15 and 64.
Energy Savings Program
Investments in real estate and in production leading to a reduction in energy demand (insulation, replacement of windows, doors, distribution, measurement, regulation, lighting, recuperation, RES for own consumption, etc.).
0.5 – 250 million CZK per investment, max. 350 thousand for an energy study, 50% (MP), 40% (SP), 30% (VP) of eligible investment expenses + study expenses.
The investment must be located outside of Prague.
A wide range of supported economic activities.
Subsidy support depending on the payback period of the project (longer payback = subsidy, quick payback = financial instrument) and the amount of savings generated.
