  • Change your user name assigned to KB Banking Identity; you use it, for example, to sign in to your MojeBanka internet banking.

KB Klíč

  • Replace your device – activate the KB Klíč app on a new device
  1. Sign in to the MůjProfil portal
  2. Click KB Klíč
  3. Click Replace your device

Security Password

  • Change your password
  1. Sign in to the MůjProfil portal
  2. Click Security Password
  3. Select Settings
  4. Click Change password

Personal smartcard-based certificate

  • Renew your certificate
  1. Sign in to the MůjProfil portal
  2. Click Personal smartcard-based certificate
  3. Click Renew certificate
  4. Change PIN
  • In this section, you can either enable or disable the possibility to sign in to third-party applications or sign documents using MůjPodpis
  • It allows you to use your KB Banking Identity for other purposes – not only to sign in to your MojeBanka internet banking; you can use KB Banking Identity in connection with various public administration services and private company portals
